ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS & WEBSITE

right to refuse any order. All personal information
entered in the PayPal customer order form on our website (replicaminiatures.com/.co.uk/.net) is
fully encrypted and secure. When ordering through this website, confirmation

As a
popular and secure service of payment, we use PayPal as our preferred
payment gateway. However, payment can be requested by invoice through this
service if requested.
As with
all emails sent to or received by Replica Miniatures/Aviation Miniatures, we
cannot be held responsible for any delay or the non transit of emails
informing us of an order through PayPal. As an independent payment gateway,
we have no control over information that is forwarded to us and therefore
cannot be held responsible any consequences or results of their own actions.

| DELIVERY Replica Miniatures offers a
global delivery service to its customers. All items are shipped within 12 – 48
hours of purchase, excluding Sundays, public holidays and special order items which are shipped within 5
days. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
If you have not
received your order by this time, please contact us immediately. Should any
item be out of stock at time of ordering, you will be advised at the time and we will endeavour to restock the
item as quickly as possible or the option of a full refund will be offered. For further

| FAILED DELIVERY
RETURNS |

Replica Miniatures cannot
be held responsible for any Purchase(s) returned to us as undeliverable or
uncollected, that were sent in good faith and based upon the name & address
information supplied by the customer. In such an event, previously
dispatched items will be subject to further postal charges upon the
resending of goods.
On occasion this may cost more than the original charge as sometimes we
cover the original extra cost to keep our prices down.
On any purchase(s) returned as
undeliverable or uncalled for, we will always offer the option of resending
the item at the actual postage cost or a refund. If a refund is requested
under the above circumstances, a 10% handling charge is applicable.

| RETURNS AND REFUNDS |
| No item may be returned to
Replica Miniatures without direct authorization from us. Customers may return their
purchases after authorization to Replica Miniatures and within 14 working days of purchase. Orders
made in error must be returned to Replica Miniatures in their original
condition, including intact and un damaged product packaging.
Delivery charges for unwanted
items will not be refunded nor will Replica Miniatures pay delivery costs
for the return of unwanted items.
Faulty or damaged items
received by the customer must be reported to Replica Miniatures
immediately upon receipt, so that we may take action to rectify the situation.
Subject to availability,
Replica Miniatures will always replace any received, damaged or faulty items.
If a purchase is no longer in stock or unavailable, a full refund will be
offered.
